After scrolling through the website, Teigen and Legend came across a litter of puppies that had just been rescued from a shelter. One particular puppy caught their eye, and they knew he was the one. “As soon as we saw his photo, we knew he was meant to be a part of our family,” Teigen gushed. The puppy, named Pepper, was a mix of Dachshund and Corgi, and his sweet face and playful energy stole the hearts of the Teigen-Legends.
The couple wasted no time and immediately reached out to Wags & Walks to start the adoption process. “The team at Wags & Walks was so amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. They made sure that Pepper was a good fit for our family and that we were a good fit for him,” Teigen shared.
After a few weeks of waiting and making sure Pepper was ready to go to his forever home, the day finally arrived. As soon as Teigen, Legend, and their children met Pepper, it was love at first sight. “Pepper was so excited to meet us, and we couldn’t stop smiling and laughing. It was an instant connection,” Teigen gushed. The family was overjoyed to welcome Pepper into their home, and he quickly settled in and became a part of the family.
In just a few short weeks, Pepper has already become a social media star, with Teigen and Legend sharing adorable photos and videos of their new furbaby on Instagram.
