Chambers, who is the founder of the non-toxic bakery BIRD Bakery, is a strong advocate for using natural and chemical-free products. “I try to use clean and organic products not just in my food, but also in my skincare and household items. It’s better for our health and the environment,” she explains. By incorporating toxic-free products into our daily lives, we can reduce our exposure to harmful chemicals and contribute to a healthier planet.

Another aspect of wellness that Chambers highlights is the importance of mental health. The holiday season can be a difficult time for many, and it is crucial to prioritize our mental well-being. Chambers herself has been open about her struggles with anxiety and how she manages it. “I make sure to practice mindfulness and gratitude every day. It helps me stay grounded and appreciate the present moment,” she shares. Whether it’s through therapy, journaling, or simply talking to a loved one, taking care of our mental health is essential for overall well-being.

Chambers also stresses the importance of setting boundaries and saying no. With numerous social obligations and commitments during the holiday season, it can be overwhelming and exhausting. “I’ve learned to say no and not feel guilty about it. I set boundaries for myself and my family to prioritize our well-being,” she says. It is essential to listen to our bodies and not push ourselves beyond our limits, especially during the busiest time of the year.

As the holiday season is a time for indulgence, Chambers also shares her tips for maintaining a healthy and balanced diet. She believes in the 80/20 rule, where 80% of the time, she follows a clean and healthy diet, and the remaining 20% is for treats and indulgences. “I make sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, but I also allow myself to enjoy my favorite holiday treats in moderation. It’s all about balance,” she explains. It is crucial to listen to our bodies and not deprive ourselves during this festive time.

In the season finale of ‘Toxic’, Chambers also reveals her go-to stress-relieving activities. She enjoys taking hot baths with Epsom salts and essential oils, practicing yoga, and spending quality time with her children and husband, actor Armie Hammer. “Surrounding myself with loved ones and doing things that bring me joy always helps me de-stress and recharge,” she says. It is essential to find activities that help us unwind and make us happy.

As the conversation comes to an end, Chambers leaves us with a powerful message. “Toxicity can take many forms, and it’s important to recognize it and take action to combat it.
